2 bodies found shot inside burned house in LaGrange
Police and fire investigators are investigating the deaths of two people whose bodies were found in a housefire Saturday night in LaGrange.
At about 11:30 p.m., firefighters responded to reports of a house fire at 102 Fendig Street.
When they arrived, firefighters extinguished the fire and located the bodies of Jabreka Williams, 36, and Roderick Kennedy, 40.
Firefighters called police officers and Criminal Investigation Division investigators to the scene.
Police say Williams and Kennedy had been shot.
The case is active and the investigation is ongoing.
