Meghan Markle Shares a Peek at Her Off-Duty Garden Look: $900 Slides and Her Go-To Summer Pedicure

Meghan Markle shared a new photo to the Instagram page to As ever showing her "garden haul" as well as her summer sandals with go-to pedicure The Duchess of Sussex previously revealed the two nail polishes she uses to achieve her pink color Meghan recently said in an interview about her lifestyle brand, "Everything comes from being rooted in the love story of your home and garden"Meghan Markle is starting off summer with some fresh finds from the garden — plus some seasonal shoes. The Duchess of Sussex, 43, shared a new photo on the Instagram page for her lifestyle brand, As ever, on May 28. The snap showed a view from above, looking down on a basket of vegetables including carrots, peppers and corn. Mia, one of the family's dogs, poked her snout into the basket to check it out, providing the inspiration for the post's caption. "The unofficial quality inspector of this morning's garden haul," she wrote. This isn't the first time Mia, a beagle that Meghan and Prince Harry adopted in 2022, has appeared on As ever's social media. The pup also starred in the brand's first post on Feb. 18, the back of her head made a cameo in the photo, which showed the Duchess of Sussex drizzling honey over a croissant. The latest image also showed a glimpse of Meghan's summer pedicure, seemingly keeping with one of her favorite nail color combinations. She recently revealed that she achieves her light pink shade by applying one coat each of CND Shellac in Romantique and Satin Slippers. Her nails peeked out of Loro Piana's summer charms suede slides. The sandals, which retail for $920, are described by the brand as "timeless in their simplicity," "crafted from exceptionally soft suede." In the season finale episode of her podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder, which dropped on May 27, Meghan chatted with Sara Blakely, who became a billionaire after creating Spanx, about money. The Duchess of Sussex said, "But that is so hard to understand because, I genuinely believe, I would love to adopt that level of a mindset where as you're talking about even, for a lot of people, not being able to buy into the hope or the promise of something more for themselves in financial freedom." 'I think so many women, especially, we're taught to not even talk about money, and there's lots of guilt mentality surrounding having a lot,' she continued. 'And at the same time, there's a scarcity mindset that it's easy to attach to, of like, 'I'll never have enough.' Gardening has been a theme of Meghan's Instagram presence, and she recently told Fast Company about the future of her lifestyle brand being "rooted in the love story of your home and garden." "My heart is very deeply in my home,' she said in the new interview published on May 27. "Everything comes from being rooted in the love story of your home and garden, and then you can imagine different verticals coming out of that." Read the original article on People
