Long-time Steelers rival declares Ben Roethlisberger the NFL's most underrated QB
Ben Roethlisberger just received glowing compliments from the most unlikely of people — longtime Steelers rival and Ravens legend Terrell Suggs. According to Suggs, who recently appeared on the New Rory & Mal podcast, Roethlisberger is one of the most underrated QBs in NFL history: Advertisement "I would say Roethlisberger is underrated. He got more rings than Rodgers. He got more rings than Brees. He got more rings than Marino. When you think about it, he's got as many as Peyton and Eli [Manning]. So, I would say Roethlisberger — he's probably the most underrated." Drafted just one year before Roethlisberger by the Ravens in 2003, Suggs and Big Ben's battles helped define the AFC North rivalry for nearly a decade and a half before Suggs ultimately left the Ravens for the Cardinals in 2019. One of the QBs Suggs compared to Big Ben — Aaron Rodgers — could soon find himself donning the legendary Black and Gold of the Pittsburgh Steelers. But there is simply no taking away from what Roethlisberger brought to the Steel City and to the game of football as a whole.
