'Stud of the Sea': Former 'Below Deck' star Captain Lee Rosbach visits Daytona Bike Week
The 'Stud of the Sea' was in Daytona Beach.
The former star of Bravo's reality TV series 'Below Deck,' Captain Lee Rosbach is stepping off his mega yacht and jumping on his bike to enjoy the last few days of Bike Week.
In a video posted on Instagram Wednesday, Rosbach stood next to his white Can-Am Spyder bike to tease his trip to Volusia County.
'We're loaded up, got the bike on the trailer, hooked up to the motorhome,' Rosbach said in the video. 'Daytona Bike Week here we come — you ain't ready for us. We're going to have a good time.'
But in another post early Friday, Rosbach shared a screenshot of Daytona's 39-degree morning weather hinting he might be leaving town.

'Anyone who knows me, knows I don't do cold,' Rosbach wrote. 'It's a great thing my Spyder has heated everything. Headed south today where the weather suits my clothing.'
Rosbach, 75, has been a yacht captain for more than three decades, according to his profile page on Bravo's website.
Born and raised in Saginaw, Michigan, he had never even seen the ocean 'until moving to Turks & Caicos with his bride, Mary Anne, to run a restaurant in his mid-30s.'
'In need of cash, he responded to an ad he saw seeking a mate for a delivery on a sailboat — no experience necessary,' the website says. 'At 35, Lee obtained his captain's license and left the restaurant business behind to pursue his newfound passion.'
Rosbach starred in 10 seasons of 'Below Deck,' where the Stud of the Sea, as he is known, ran the ship "with a no-nonsense attitude and salty one-liners,' Bravo's website says.
In 2018, Rosbach released a memoir titled 'Running Against the Tide: True Tales from the Stud of the Sea,' recounting his life experiences as mega yacht captain.
Bravo's reality TV show 'Below Deck' first aired in July 2013. It follows the day-to-day life of a mega yacht crew as they take passengers on charters around the world.
'A young and single crew lives, loves and works aboard a luxurious yacht, meeting the ever-changing needs of demanding clients while visiting some of the world's most beautiful destinations,' read the show's synopsis on Peacock, where it's available to stream.
'Below Deck' has also spawned spin-off versions, including 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht,' 'Below Deck Down Under,' 'Below Deck Mediterranean' and more.
