Sheila Majid's eldest daughter got engaged
17 Jun - Sheila Majid recently revealed that daughter Kayda Aziz has recently got engaged to the man of her choice named Syafiq.
Sharing the good news on Instagram, the jazz queen posted a video from the engagement ceremony held at Gamelan Restaurant in Ara Damansara, where Kayda is seen pretty in pink.
She posted, "She's engaged. Praise be to God. May Allah ease everything."
Many took to the comments to congratulate Kayda and Sheila herself, including fellow singers Anuar Zain, Ning Baizura and Noryn Aziz, with the former writing, "Congratulations Sheila & [Kayda]. May ALLAH SWT bless all your affairs... Amen Amen Amen Oh Lord... I am happy for you."
Kayda, real name Wan Nur Khaleda, is Sheila's eldest daughter with former husband and music producer Roslan Aziz. She also has a son with Roslan and two more daughters with music director Acis, whom she married in 2003.
