The menu is up for grabs now
It's already drawing attention with its 'best bacon roll in Scotland' claims and its incredible Glasgow pie offering.
But now the pub, which is owned by the team behind other hit venues like Glaschu, The Duke's Umbrella and The Clubhouse, will cater for working lunchers.
The takeaway menu includes signature sandwiches, such as smoked salmon, cream cheese and water cress, fish finger with tartare sauce and skinny fries and The Noble Ploughmans.
Meanwhile, there's also a superfood salad with edamame beans, quinoa, tomato, kale and watercress.
The deal - which runs Monday to Friday from noon to 4pm - costs £10 for any lunch menu item and a soft drink or coffee, and can also be enjoyed to sit in for just £14.
And to celebrate the pub gave away 100 lunches yesterday - with 100 more up for grabs at noon.
Bosses say The Noble re-imagines the classic British pub, taking an elevated yet unpretentious approach to hospitality.
The bar boasts a hi-tech cocktail machine
And, in a genius move, bosses have also fitted a live train information board meaning travellers can enjoy their pint while checking if their service is running on time.
It's right across the road from Glasgow Central Station. So the 85-inch screen, displaying delay updates, is perfect for those on the rails.

When it comes to drinks, the speciality martini list is a stand-out.
This includes a hot honey martini, a passionfruit martini and a tomato martini, all made using innovative hi-tech Rotovap infusions to preserve the delicate flavours of the fresh ingredients used in their creation.
The Noble is the only bar in Glasgow making cocktails with this infusion technology.
Meanwhile, a menu of playful and nostalgic bar snacks has been designed to sit alongside their drinks, which include: prawn tempura with lobster aioli, a square sausage roll with brown sauce and an Arbroath Smokie omelette.
