Acting Deputy Minister Opens Saudi Pavilion at HANNOVER MESSE in Istanbul
Eng. Albadr Fouda, Acting Deputy Minister for Industrial Enablement at the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, inaugurated the Saudi pavilion at HANNOVER MESSE (World of Industry-WIN) 2025, currently taking place in Istanbul, Türkiye, and running through May 31. The pavilion highlights Saudi Arabia's industrial transformation, showcasing cutting-edge smart technologies and innovative solutions while promoting investment opportunities across key industrial sectors. The ministry's participation coincides with the launch of the Advanced Manufacturing and Production Center, a strategic initiative to accelerate smart transformation in industrial facilities through advanced manufacturing technologies—enhancing the global competitiveness of the Saudi industrial sector. Six core entities from the Kingdom's industrial and mining ecosystem are represented at the pavilion: the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Saudi Export Development Authority, National Industrial Development Center, Saudi Industrial Development Fund, and MODON (Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones). Also present are the Ministry of Investment and Obeikan Investment Group. By engaging with global leaders in industrial automation, robotics, and AI, the ministry aims to strengthen international partnerships, attract investment in advanced technologies, and position the Kingdom as a global industrial hub—aligned with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. Moreover, in a strategic move to boost its international industrial profile, Saudi Arabia is set to host the next edition of HANNOVER MESSE in Riyadh in December 2025. 4 govt entities seek to raise investments in Ras Al-Khair: Official
Mahmoud Al-Theeb, CEO of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY), said that four government entities seek to define the target market size and boost investments in the minerals industrial city. According to Al-Eqtisadiah, RCJY steps up effort to attract investments in collaboration with the ministries of investment, energy, and industry and mineral resources, along with other related government agencies. This effort aims to set the target market size and facilitate investments to push development and boost the private sector's contribution to local economy, Al-Theeb added. Argaam earlier cited Al-Theeb as saying that investments in Ras Al-Khair city exceeded SAR 176 billion at the end of 2024. The private sector holds 91% of these investments. Al-Theeb also explained that every riyal invested by the Commission in the city delivers a return of up to 12 times its value.

Al Ashghal Al Moysra signs SAR 16.5M deal with RCJY
Al Ashghal Al Moysra Co. signed today, March 23, a contract worth SAR 16.5 million with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) for the provision of furniture and office equipment moving services. The three-year contract is expected to have a positive impact on financial results for 2025, 2026 and 2027, the company said in a filing to Tadawul. According to Argaam data, last February, Al Ashghal Al Moysra announced being awarded a project worth SAR 16.51 million with RCJY.

Lamasat signs MoU with RCJY to lease land plot
Lamasat Co. signed on Feb. 7 an investment agreement with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) to lease a commercial land plot in Yanbu for 20 years to establish a new branch, according to a statement to Tadawul.. The land covers an area of 418.9 square meters, with an annual rental value of SAR 16,800 per Hijri year. Lamasat stated that the financial impact will be seen in increased company revenues in the coming years, with this expected to occur in the second quarter of 2026. The company said it will announce later the development of this project, noting that there are no related parties.

Al Ashghal Al Moysra secures SAR 16.5M project from RCJY
Al Ashghal Al Moysra Co. said it has been awarded a SAR 16.5 million project by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY). In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract is expected to be signed on March 5, indicating that the work scope includes furniture and office equipment transportation services. The necessary signatures and procedures are being completed, the statement said, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
