‘Mistakes were piled': Legal expert weighs in on ABC's ‘panic' amid Lattouf saga
Rule of Law Institute Chris Merritt slams the ABC as freelance journalist Antoinette Lattouf has won her unfair dismissal case against the ABC and has been compensated $70,000 in damages.
Ms Lattouff was fired for holding political opinions which opposed the Israeli military campaign in Gaza.
'This put the ABC in a terrible panic,' Mr Merritt told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
'The mistakes were just piled on top of each other, one after another.
'It's unbelievable that they were able to get themselves into this position.'
