Grace Potter's national anthem at the 2025 Kentucky Derby was beautiful In case you missed it while at a Kentucky Derby party, the national anthem performed before the Run For the Roses on Saturday was beautiful. Grace Potter, singer of Something That I Want, sang a beautiful rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner at Churchill Downs before a thrilling 2025 Kentucky Derby, stretching out the final notes to huge applause.
