BTS Eyes March 2026 Comeback
Yara Sameh ARMY, the wait is almost over. After nearly two years of solo ventures and military obligations, K-pop titans BTS are gearing up for their highly anticipated comeback slated for March 2026. According to The Korea Herald , the septet — RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook — will officially reunite following the completion of all seven members' mandatory 18-month military service, with Suga set to complete his duty this Saturday. HYBE, the entertainment company that houses BTS through its Big Hit Music label, operates a multi-label system that includes acts like Tomorrow X Together and Enhypen under subsidiary Belift Lab. The company went public in 2020 and currently has a market cap of approximately $9.4 billion, making it one of the world's most valuable music companies. 'BTS' comeback date is set for March next year,' a HYBE official confirmed to sources. The timeline aligns with previous signals from HYBE CEO Lee Jae-sang, who told shareholders earlier this year that the group would need 'time for preparation and creative work' post-discharge. The March timeframe could see some serious label synergy, with sources suggesting the comeback will coincide with stablemate Tomorrow X Together's return. 'While the exact date is unknown, I think it will be mid-March,' one overseas source told The Korea Herald. 'I heard BTS is returning in the same month as their brother group, Tomorrow X Together. It could be BTS first, then TXT — or the other way around.' The BTS effect is already reshaping HYBE's release calendar. According to sources, Enhypen — the boy group under Hybe subsidiary Belift Lab — had originally planned a March comeback but shifted to January to avoid competing with the global phenomenon's return. The March timeline would allow for the creative breathing room that HYBE brass previously indicated was necessary. 'We're preparing alongside top-tier producers, but the artists also need time to reflect and prepare,' Lee said during the company's March shareholder meeting. The comeback timeline also accounts for Jin's extensive solo commitments. The eldest member kicks off his 'Runseokjin_EP.Tour' fan concert series June 28-29 in Goyang, with 18 shows planned across nine cities, including stops in Japan, the U.S., London, and Amsterdam through August 10. The March 2026 comeback would mark BTS' first full-group release since their 2022 anthology album 'Proof,' which preceded their military service hiatus. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks Videos & Features Video: Trending Lifestyle TikToker Valeria Márquez Shot Dead during Live Stream News Shell Unveils Cost-Cutting, LNG Growth Plan Technology 50-Year Soviet Spacecraft 'Kosmos 482' Crashes into Indian Ocean News 3 Killed in Shooting Attack in Thailand

BTS to make long-awaited full-group comeback in March 2026; working with 'top-tier producers', say HYBE insiders
After years of solo projects, military enlistments, and endless speculation, BTS are finally gearing up for their long-awaited full-group comeback. According to multiple sources, including one from BTS' agency HYBE speaking to The Korea Herald, the group is expected to return to the K-pop scene in March 2026, marking their first full-group activity since entering military service. All seven members, reunited With Suga scheduled to be discharged this Saturday, all seven BTS members, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, will have completed their mandatory 18-month military duties. Fans have been counting down to this moment, with 'OT7' trending regularly as each member completed their enlistment. While the group recently had a mini-reunion at J-Hope's Hope on the Street finale concert in Seoul, with all seven members attending the event on FESTA, an official group stage comeback has yet to take place. HYBE insider confirms BTS' comeback in March, 2026 While Big Hit Music hasn't made an official announcement about BTS's comeback date, several HYBE insiders have confirmed the group is targeting March next year. One source hinted it could align with or follow TXT's return, suggesting HYBE may coordinate major comebacks to avoid overlap. Another industry insider revealed that Enhypen moved its comeback from March to January. [EXCLUSIVE] @BTS_twt COMEBACK in March of 2026. HYBE Source Confirms!BTS is set to make its long-awaited full-group comeback in March, 2026.'BTS' comeback date is set for March next year,' a HYBE official confirmed through The Korea Herald's source. However, industry… BTS is preparing alongside top-tier producers Though March 2026 may feel far away, HYBE CEO Lee Jae Sang has emphasised the need for preparation time. 'We're preparing alongside top-tier producers, but the artists also need time to reflect and prepare,' he told shareholders earlier this year. Coming back after years apart and military service isn't just about recording an album; it's about rebuilding chemistry, shaping a message, and meeting sky-high expectations. Could there be a surprise before then? While a full album and promotions may be set for spring 2026, fans could see something drop sooner. A prerelease single or special project is 'not off the table', according to insiders. BTS has always been full of surprises — whether it's unexpected collaborations, heartfelt letters, or solo works — so ARMY remains on high alert for anything between now and March. Jin's tour is in focus for now In the meantime, fans can look forward to Jin's solo fan concert tour, 'Runseokjin_EP.Tour', which kicks off on June 28 in Goyang and travels to 9 cities across Japan, the U.S., the U.K., and the Netherlands. With 18 shows through August 10, Jin's tour is a welcome bridge between the group's military era and what's to come. ARMY's patience may finally pay off From tearful enlistments to emotional reunions, BTS and their fans have weathered a long, uncertain chapter. Now, with all members free from duty and early signs of comeback prep underway, it feels like BTS is slowly, steadily coming home, and if March is the month, 2026 can't come soon enough. [Exclusive] BTS come back in March, Hybe source confirms
Group to return with labelmate Tomorrow X Together in mid-March, according to another source BTS is set to make its long-awaited full-group comeback in March next year, multiple industry sources confirmed to The Korea Herald, including a source at Hybe. With all seven members completing their mandatory 18-month military service by this weekend — Suga is scheduled for discharge on Saturday — speculation has been mounting among fans and the wider K-pop industry over when the group would reunite and resume full-scale activities. 'BTS' comeback date is set for March next year,' a Hybe official confirmed through The Korea Herald's source recently. Two additional sources based overseas also said the biggest K-pop act in history is preparing to return as a full group early next year. 'While the exact date is unknown, I think it will be mid-March. I heard BTS is returning in the same month as their brother group Tomorrow X Together,' one source told The Korea Herald. 'It could be BTS first, then TXT — or the other way around.' Another source said that Enhypen, a boy group under Belift Lab, had initially planned its comeback for March, but moved it to January to avoid overlapping with BTS' return. Belift Lab is a Hybe subsidiary under its multilabel system along with Big Hit Music, which manages BTS. Big Hit Music could not confirm the date as of press time. While March may seem distant, Hybe CEO Lee Jae-sang previously signaled a longer timeline during the company's shareholder meeting in March this year. He stated that the BTS members would need time for preparation and creative work after their military discharge. 'We're preparing alongside top-tier producers, but the artists also need time to reflect and prepare,' Lee said. Meanwhile, Jin is scheduled to kick off his solo fan concert tour 'Runseokjin_EP.Tour' starting June 28-29 in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. The tour will take him to nine cities, including Chiba and Osaka in Japan, Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa and Newark in the US, as well as London and Amsterdam, with 18 shows planned through Aug. 10 — making a BTS comeback this year unlikely. However, industry insiders see a possibility of a prerelease single or other project dropping before the group's official return.
