The Met Gala is back! As stars from all over the globe gather at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, all eyes are on their looks on fashion's biggest night. This year's Met Gala theme is 'Superfine: Tailoring Black Style', while the dress code was 'Tailored To You'. There were many Asian stars at the Met Gala this year – some of whom made their debut appearance. While it may be the first for some, each one of these stars made sure to step out in style. From K-pop idols to Bollywood legends, here are 10 Asian stars who stunned at the Met Gala 2025: Rosé (BLACKPINK) Starting off the list is none other than BLACKPINK's (블랙핑크) Rosé (로제). The 'APT.' singer is one of the few on our list with some Met Gala experience, having attended the prestigious event in 2021. This year, she's dressed in YSL with jewellery from Tiffany & Co. (SEVENTEEN) SEVENTEEN (세븐틴) leader (에스쿱스) makes his mark as the first member of the 13-member boy group to attend the event. The recently announced BOSS global ambassador made his first appearance at the Met Gala wearing a custom Hanbok-inspired suit by BOSS. Lisa (BLACKPINK) It's hard to believe that this is Lisa's (리사) first appearance at the Met Gala – but even at her first, the 'Rockstar' singer amazes the crowd. The BLACKPINK member donned a custom Louis Vuitton ensemble that showed off her long legs. Jennie (BLACKPINK) Another BLACKPINK member at the Met Gala is the one and only Jennie (제니). Naturally, the singer showed up in style, wearing a custom Chanel dress inspired by one of Karl Lagerfeld's pieces from his Fall/Winter 1987 collection for the house. Henry Golding British-Malaysian actor Henry Golding also stepped onto the Met Gala blue carpet this year. This is Henry's second appearance at the event – the first being in 2022 – and he made sure to make his mark with a gold suit by English designer Ozwald Boateng. Freen Sarocha With her appearance at the Met Gala 2025, beloved star Freen Sarocha (ฟรีน สโรชา) made history as the first Thai actress to attend the event. Fans on social media loved her look by Maison Valentino, for which she is an ambassador. Shah Rukh Khan Despite being a household name, Shah Rukh Khan has never stepped foot into the Met Gala – until now! The iconic Bollywood actor made his first appearance at the fashion event this year, looking dashing in a black suit crafted by Indian designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Diljit Dosanjh Indian singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh also made his debut appearance at this year's Met Gala. The star walked down the carpet looking absolutely regal in a custom royal Punjabi outfit by Nepalese-American designer Prabal Gurung. Priyanka Chopra Jonas Turning heads at her fifth Met Gala appearance is actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas. The star walked alongside husband Nick Jonas, wearing a polka-dotted bespoke suit dress by Olivier Rousteing and jewellery by Bvlgari. Kiara Advani Indian actress Kiara Advani's first appearance at the Met Gala is memorable for many reasons. The actress glowed on the blue carpet in her black-gold-white gown by Indian designer Gaurav Gupta and showed love for her growing baby bump with a heart-shaped mini plate.
