CBSE's Bharatiya Bhasha camps: Students to be taught 22 scheduled Indian languages
The CBSE is set to organise Bhartiya Samar Bhasha camps across India in all its affiliated schools. The camps will be organised this year during the summer holidays. This move aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020's focus on multilingualism and cultural understanding. The camps aim to help students learn an additional Indian May 20, the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) will release standardised guidance materials and a short course covering 22 scheduled Indian resources will be available online. Audio-visual support will come from NCERT, State Councils of Educational Research and Training (SCERTs), and District Institutes of Education and Training (DIETs).
