The muhurat of Choo Baana was held at Kashi Vishwanatha Temple on Thursday. Kannada Movie Directors' Association president NRK Vishwanath sounded the clap board while Cinematographers' Association president JG Krishna switched on the camera. Choo Baana is being bankrolled by SK Firoze Basha of Vijayawada under thebanner. Firoze Basha is playing the lead in the movie while SR Pramod is handling the megaphone for the movie which is expected to go on floors next week. It is the ninth movie for Pramod. Prior to this, he has directed Kannada movies including Achala, Aathma, and Om Shanti Om.'The movie showcases how petty politics and communal issues are ruining peace and prosperity in rural areas. It is a known fact that untouchability is in practice in a few are frictions among the villagers based on caste. Our movie will convey a message to society, especially those practicing untouchability in rural areas,'' said the said the movie shooting will be held at a village near Mysuru next week. 'We are planning to complete the shooting in a single schedule,'' he said.
