LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) issued the following statement today regarding the court's 6 to 3 ruling earlier today ruling that Tennessee's ban on gender-affirming care for transgender minors can remain in effect. 'The Supreme Court decision represents the triumph of politics over medical science. Unlike the Supreme Court majority, we do not believe that medical decisions best made by doctors and families should be left up to the whims of politicians and the court."
