Three Men Jailed 12 Months For Splashing Paint On House, Car
KUALA LUMPUR, May 28 (Bernama) -- Three men were sentenced to twelve months' jail by the Magistrate's Court here today after pleading guilty to causing mischief by splashing paint on the exterior of a house two months ago.
Magistrate S Mageswary pronounced sentence on technician Chin Zi Ping, company manager Tieu Boon Chow, 34, and air conditioning technician, Ooi Hong Leong, 38, and ordered their sentence to begin from the date of their arrest on April 16.
The three were charged with committing the offence of splashing paint on the exterior of a man's house, his car and motorcycle that caused RM10,000 in damages at a house in Taman Angkasa Batu 6, Brickfields here at 4.50 am, March 29 under Section 427 of the Penal Code.
