Kavya Maran's Reaction After Vipraj Nigam's Run-Out During SRH-DC Match Goes Viral

Nigam came out to bat at No. 7 for Delhi Capitals on Monday and, with the help of one four and one six, scored 18 runs from 17 balls.
Sunrisers Hyderabad are taking on Delhi Capitals in the 55th league match of IPL 2025 on Monday (May 5) at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. During the 13th over of DC's innings, due to a misunderstanding with Tristan Stubbs, Vipraj Nigam got run out after making 18 runs from 17 balls. In an attempt to take two runs, Nigam lost his wicket.
While he was visibly disappointed, SRH owner Kavya Maran, who is present at the stadium, gave an animated reaction, and the clip of her reaction is now going viral on the internet.

Before making his way back to the dugout, Nigam scored one four and one six. He added 33 runs for the sixth wicket with Nigam after DC was reduced to 29 for 5 in 7.1 overs.
In the ongoing match between SRH and DC in Hyderabad, SRH captain Pat Cummins created history by becoming the first-ever captain in the IPL to dismiss three batters in the powerplay. Cummins opened his wicket account by getting Karun Nair out for a golden duck on the first ball of the match. Nair was caught behind by Ishan Kishan, who is keeping wickets on Monday in place of Heinrich Klaasen.
On the first ball of his second over, Cummins dismissed Faf du Plessis. The former South African skipper was also caught behind by Ishan. On the first ball of his third over, Cummins removed Abishek Porel. The youngster from Bengal tried to play a big shot against the cricketer from Australia but failed to connect properly, and the ball went straight up. Once again, Ishan completed the catch to take his tally of catches to three in the ongoing match.
For Monday's match, SRH have made three changes to their playing XI. Mohammed Shami, Nitish Kumar Reddy and Kamindu Mendis are left out to make way for Sachin Baby, Abhinav Manohar and Ehsan Malinga.
