South Wales Police is appealing for any information that could lead them to the whereabouts of 33-year-old Amanuel Kessete who was last seen at a hotel in Butetown. Amanuel has been missing since June 8 and is described as 5ft 8, wearing a black coat, black hoodie and dark trousers. Police are asking for anyone who may have seen Amanuel to contact them immediately. ‌ A spokesperson for South Wales Police said: "We are appealing for information to locate Amanuel Kessete. ‌ "Amanuel, 33, is missing from the Butetown area of Cardiff. "He is 5ft 8 and was last seen wearing a black coat and hoodie, with dark trousers. Article continues below "He was last seen on June 8 and 8.50am at the Etap Hotel on Tyndall Street, Butetown." The reported shooting occurred on in Clos Y fynnon, Pontprennau, Cardiff on Saturday, June 7 at 8pm. Motorists who travelled through Pontprennau, Pentwyn, Church Road or the A4232 (Pentwyn link road) between 7pm and 7.50pm have been asked to come forward. Detective Superintendent Mark O'Shea, from South Wales Police, said: 'I want to reassure the local community that teams of detectives and specialist staff continue to work at pace to piece identify who was responsible and are piecing together what happened that evening. 'The victim suffered relatively minor injuries, though it could so easily have been a lot worse. 'The public can help us identify and arrest who was responsible – anyone driving through the specified areas at that time on Saturday evening could well have vital evidence on their dashcams, so please send it to us so we can look through it." The 61-year-old victim is critically ill following the attack outside The Church Inn at Old St Mellons, Cardiff at around 1am on Saturday, May 3. South Wales Police are looking for a 28-year-old suspect and are appealing for anybody who may have witnessed the incident to contact them. Detective Sergeant Laura Slocombe, from Rumney CID, said: 'We know there were people in the vicinity of the incident when it happened. 'If they haven't spoken to officers, they are urged to get in touch. 'The suspect involved also knows were a looking for him and he is urged to hand himself in to a police station.' A 41-year-old man from Penylan, Cardiff, has been charged with Paria Veisi's murder; preventing lawful and decent burial of a dead body and assaulting a person occasioning them actual bodily harm. A 48-year-old woman from Australia Road, White City Estate, London, has been charged with preventing a lawful and decent burial of a dead body and conspiring to pervert the course of justice. Senior Investigating Officer, Detective Chief Inspector Matt Powell, said: 'This brings our search for Paria to a sad and tragic end. Paria's family, all those who knew her, and those in her local community, will be deeply saddened and shocked by these latest developments. Family liaison officers are continuing to support Paria's family. 'I would like to thank all those who have come forward so far with information since our appeal was launched.
