Solomon and a team of makeover experts assist people in evaluating their possessions, encouraging them to get rid of items they no longer need, to transform their living spaces into more functional environments.
The show is designed to combine home makeovers, organisation, humour, and personal storytelling to emphasise the emotional and practical aspects of decluttering.
The entire contents of the house are laid out for the family, so they can choose what to save and what to lose.
This process, involving a declutter, spring clean, and carpentry solutions, aims to bring joy back into the home.

Solomon and her team of organising fanatics, including Dilly Carter, Rob Bent, and Iwan Carrington, can help streamline belongings.
The Sort Your Life Out team are eager to hear from families, whether they have a new baby on the way, want to run a business from home, find it hard to let go of sentimental items, or even just want to create some calm amongst chaos.
Households interested in applying should email SYLO@ or apply online on the Optomen website or the BBC Take Part website.
