September 21 University launches Virtual Dissection Table & CBCT Imaging System

Dr. Mujahid Ma'sar, President of September 21 University for Medical and Applied Sciences, inaugurated the operation of an advanced smart virtual dissection table today - a qualitative leap in the university's medical education capabilities.
During the ceremony attended by Vice Presidents for Graduate Studies Dr. Salem Al-Riyashi and Student Affairs Dr. Jameel Mujalli, College of Medicine Dean Dr. Salwa Al-Ghumairi demonstrated the 3D digital dissection table's capabilities in teaching anatomy, embryology, histology, physiology, and pathology.
The university president also launched a Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) system at the College of Dentistry. Dental Dean Dr. Abdulwahab Al-Khawlani highlighted this cutting-edge 3D imaging technology's diagnostic advantages for oral and maxillofacial applications, noting its role in enhancing clinical training for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
President Ma'sar emphasized these advancements align with the university's strategic vision to modernize Yemen's medical education through:
