'I definitely expect it to start off a little bit smaller and grow as we go each year. There is a few different events happening downtown, so I'm hopeful that people will be able to enjoy all the downtown live and then our event as well. They can travel up and down Fourth Street and get to enjoy all the music,' said organizer Samantha Dailey.
Downtown Partners, calling the event a way for people to celebrate individuality, freedom, and resilience.
