Inter Medya and Zebra Producciones forge international co-production alliance
The deal targets the creation of content for the US Hispanic market, Mexico and Spain, adapting projects from the Turkish content powerhouse.
Zebra Producciones, the fiction label of Spain's iZen Group, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Turkish distributor and production powerhouse Inter Medya to co-produce a slate of television content across markets including the US Hispanic region, Mexico and Spain. Under the agreement, the two companies plan to co-produce a minimum of three titles over the next year, drawing from Inter Medya's catalog of 12,000 hours of scripted programming.
The partnership marks a significant step for iZen Group in expanding its global footprint in audiovisual production. According to Sara Fernández-Velasco, CEO of iZen Group, the collaboration is a strategic milestone aligned with the company's mission to bring high-quality storytelling to international audiences. 'We are proud to collaborate with a partner of Inter Medya's caliber,' she stated, emphasising the group's commitment to content that transcends borders.
Can Okan, Founder and CEO of Inter Medya, echoed the sentiment, highlighting the synergy between the two companies. He noted that their shared focus on compelling storytelling would result in content that resonates with diverse viewers and strengthens their leadership in international co-productions.

She emphasised how the collaboration blends Türkiye's storytelling tradition with iZen's creative vision to deliver unique, impactful narratives.
The two companies view this alliance as a foundation for future joint ventures. By combining iZen's production expertise and market insight in Europe with Inter Medya's rich library of acclaimed Turkish series, the partnership aims to produce content that bridges cultures and markets.
