Pakistani actor Hania Aamir joins Diljit Dosanjh in trailer for ‘Sardaar Ji 3'
Pakistani actor Hania Aamir has officially joined the cast of Sardaar Ji 3, the latest instalment in the popular Punjabi horror-comedy franchise starring Diljit Dosanjh. The trailer, released by Dosanjh on Instagram, introduces Aamir alongside returning co-star Neeru Bajwa. The film is set to release exclusively overseas on June 27. Directed by Amar Hundal, Sardaar Ji 3 follows Dosanjh's character, a ghost hunter summoned to tackle a spirit haunting a mansion in the UK. The trailer showcases a action, horror, and comedy, with both Hania and Neeru playing love interests to Dosanjh's character. Diljit captioned the trailer post, 'Sardaar Ji 3 releasing 27th June OVERSEAS only. FADH LAO BHOOND DIAN LATTAN.' While fans welcomed the return of the beloved franchise, some questioned the decision for an overseas-only release. Aamir's appearance in an Indian film has sparked some online debate due to ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan following recent escalations of conflict. Some criticism has been directed at Dosanjh for casting a Pakistani actor amid heightened sensitivities, though others have praised the cross-border collaboration. The film also features Manav Vij, Gulshan Grover, Jasmin Bajwa, and Sapna Pabbi in key roles. The franchise began in 2015 and quickly became a hit. Sardaar Ji 3 marks the series' return after an eight-year gap since the release of Sardaar Ji 2 in 2016.

Diljit Dosanjh excited about 'Sardaar Ji 3'
(Picture Courtesy: Facebook) Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh is eager to showcase his film ' Sardaar Ji 3 ' to the audience. On Tuesday, Diljit took to Instagram and shared that the shooting of the film has finished and he is extremely excited to release the film this June. "SARDAAR JI 3 Releasing 27th June Finally Shoot Finish Ho Geya Sari Team Ne Baut Mehnat Kiti Aa.. Baba Bhaag Lavey Milde an Theaters BOOOOOOO... MAIN TAN DAR GI," he wrote. Diljit also shared a couple of pictures in which he is seen striking poses in a black leather jacket that he paired with blue denims. ' Sardaar Ji 3', which also stars Neeru Bajwa and actress Hania Aamir, will be released in theatres on June 27. The first part of Sardaar Ji, directed by Rohit Jugraj, also starred Mandy Takhar and Neeru Bajwa and had a record opening in Punjabi cinema . The second part, Sardaar Ji 2, was also directed by Jugraj. The second instalment of the Punjabi fantasy horror-comedy Sardaarji came out eight years ago, in 2016, while the first film was released in 2015.
