SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – A woman charged in a deadly 2024 shooting will be sentenced Monday morning in Sioux Falls.
Savannah Randle, 34, plans to plead guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misprision of a felony. Both are misdemeanor charges.
In exchange for her guilty plea, 12 felony charges, including child abuse, are being dropped.
According to court documents, a 13-year-old suspect was playing with a stolen 9MM handgun and was supposedly dry-firing it at the victim. A bullet was shot into the victim's head who later died. The events happened inside of Randle's home.
Randle is being sentenced Monday morning at the Minnehaha County Courthouse.
