Scapes Hospitality, a Delhi-NCR-based real estate developer specialising in curating bespoke luxury housing, has unveiled its luxury villa project, '1842 Kasauli', in Himachal Pradesh's Kasauli. Nestled in the pristine landscape of Kasauli, this one-of-a-kind property offers a seamless blend of heritage charm and contemporary elegance.
With an investment of Rs 150 crore, the project comprises only 39 villas spread across 10 acres in pine forests, ensuring unparalleled exclusivity. Each villa is priced between Rs 7 crore and Rs 10 crore, while individual estates are valued at nearly Rs 15 crore to Rs 25 crore, Scapes Hospitality said in a statement.
