Ranchi: District superintendent of education, Ranchi, Badal Raj has issued guidelines for the effective implementation of the 'Seeti Bajao, School Bulao' (blow whistle, call students to school) programme 2.0 to be implemented in all schools of the district. These teams will be created according to the number of areas and residential locations of the students. The team will include two senior students from each area, house captains or vice-captains, two parents, public representatives, and school management committee s. DSE said, "The aim is to cover every enrolled student effectively and promote strong school-community linkage. will involve the RISE Team gathering students in the morning with the symbolic act of blowing a whistle and using musical instruments to create an enthusiastic environment." The goals include ensuring 100% enrollment (admission), maintaining school attendance rates above 85-95%, complete prevention of dropouts, promoting inclusive education without any discrimination (especially for Children With Special Needs), ensuring the regularity and retention of students till their promotion to higher classes, and educational awareness . The DSE stated, "At the block level, a monitoring and reporting committee with seven members will also be set up. Their primary duty will be the regular field inspection of schools, monthly evaluation, and submission of detailed reports to the district office." The principal of PM Shri Government Higher Secondary School, Kumhariya, Kanke, Ashok Prasad Singh, said, "Teachers, public representatives, and committee members will inform parents and locals about the various govt programs and facilities available in schools, building trust in the public education system."
