Sioux Falls Arts Commission brings beauty to the city
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — From the Arc of Dreams to the Sculpturewalk… to your neighborhood, the Sioux Falls Arts Commission wants to bring art throughout the city.
The group is working with neighborhood associations and a city grant program to place art throughout Sioux Falls.

Studies show the benefits go beyond what you see.
'Arts directly contribute to our health and well-being, and even our longevity. They help build and attract a workforce to Sioux Falls and talent. They help retain talent and bring kids back to our home community. And ultimately, they bring us together and define who we are. So, we're excited about this work, but we know that these benefits only happen when the full community is involved,' said Ivy Oland Dandar from the City Arts Commission during a city One Sioux Falls media briefing on Wednesday.
In addition to all of the new artwork downtown, this summer you'll also see new art pieces located at Oakview Branch Library, Perch Neighborhood Kitchen, and the Ronning Branch Library.
