Now it has relocated to Scotland. Two of the galleys that were unloaded were notably larger. It is believed the flotilla will be sailed down the coast for filming. Advertisement A historic castle at the top of a 50ft cliff in the northeast has been taken over by film crews ahead of scenes for the major blockbuster set to be shot there. Findlater Castle, located on the Banffshire coastline, has been closed to the public while the area is transformed for the upcoming movie action. It is understood that the location is being used as a filming spot - doubling as Ancient Greece. This month, production will continue in Moray and Aberdeenshire, with Cullen, Buckie and Portsoy all being used for filming, production or accommodation. 'Due to incredibly high demand, we have restricted walk in's for drinks in the Hotel from 9pm every evening over the next 6 weeks. Please note this will not apply to residents of the Hotel and guests with dining reservations,' it wrote on social media.
