The Globe of Death sees motorbikes speeding around inside a mesh sphere ball while someone stands in the middle. Since 2014 there have been a number of reported accidents from the stunt, including fractures, broken bones, head injuries and even death as a result of bikes colliding. Seany, who plays Heartlands festival with Just The Brave, Skerryvore, and Nathan Evans at Pitlochry on June 28, as well as IM2C fest with Ben Walker in Barrhead on June 21 admitted: 'I definitely had butterflies before I went in. 'I never thought I'd do anything like this because it's pretty dangerous. It was amazing, very scary but Jackie Louise looked after me inside. 'I could see all the bikes rushing round me, hear them, and smell the petrol and I felt someone patting me on the head but I was in a bit of a daze. 'Everyone here is so experienced so I'd definitely do it again. It was a real adrenaline rush.' Zippos boss Martin Burton added: 'We recently had Sophie Ellis Bextor visit us so it was great to have Just The Brave here to meet out international team of talented artists.' We previously told how Seany's bandmate, who suffers with Tourette's hailed Lewis Capaldi as his inspiration to become a household name. Danny McCabe, 16, ditched school early to form band Just The Brave with his pals. And the talented teen, from Edinburgh, says hearing Someone You Loved by hitmaker open up in about his battle with the neurological condition has spurred him on. Lewis, 27, open up in about his battle with the neurological condition has spurred him on. Danny said: "I have Tourette's and look up to Lewis Capaldi. When Lewis came out saying he also has the condition it was a big inspiration for me. "Seeing his Netflix documentary and seeing him speak about performing on stage was really relatable."

‘Who isn't a nerd for a Guinness World Record?' – Monaghan businessman breaks record for most hot tacos served in 60 seconds

Hundreds gathered in Monaghan as Seany McCleary made Guinness World Record history at SpudFest 2025 — all in memory of a friend and in support of mental health awareness. Today at 04:08 A Monaghan businessman has etched his name into the Guinness World Record books by churning out the most hot tacos in 60 seconds. Seany McCleary turned out 22 servings of the traditional Mexican dish as part of a two man team at SpudFest 2025 in Monaghan town at the weekend. The feat eclipsed the previously held record which had been set last year previously been set at 17 by German duo in October 2023 by Andre Ortolf and Tobias Wittmeir in Bulgaria. The father of three said the challenge was sparked by a mutual desire to raise awareness around mental health while also honouring the memory of his late friend Jason 'Spud' McElvaney. 'It was a bit of both and it is doing something that is a bit of craic which draws people in because you can give a talk in a school or a college and after it can seem a bit forced,' he told the Irish Independent. 'What this saw was a few hundred people all showed up and cheering us on,' said Seany who is the brains behind Streat School, that specialises in the manufacturing and designing of food trailers across Ireland . 'It was an idea that worked which drew people out of the house rather than just the usual type of fundraising event.' Last weekend's occasion, which was borne following the sudden passing of Seany's late friend, saw hundreds of spectators cheer on the local entrepreneur in his bid for Guinness World Record fame. That achievement was, in fact, the second time Seanie has achieved global notoriety. In 2019 he completed a new Guinness World Record for the longest line of tacos which raised over €6,000 for Jigsaw Mental Health Services. A keen supporter of Monaghan's social enterprise and charity sector, Seany said the occasion was as much about educating society at large about mental health awareness as it was about fundraising and fostering positivity. 'We have always been trying to come up with cool and different ideas for SOSAD (Save Our Sons and Daughters),' he said. ADVERTISEMENT 'A couple of years ago we did a Man v Food challenge, but we didn't really make much noise about it. This year we decided to make a bit of craic and do a Guinness World Record and I mean, who isn't a nerd for a Guinness World Record, everyone loves that stuff.'
