PETALING JAYA : The Seremban magistrates' court has fixed June 26 to hear a representation by a 17-year-old boy seeking a review of the charges against him over a car crash that claimed three lives in Senawang in March.
Magistrate Nurul Azuin Mohd Talhah set the date after the accused's lawyer, Johan Radzi, told the court today that a representation would be submitted to the Attorney-General's Chambers, Berita Harian reported.
The prosecution, represented by M Shanmugavell, said they were prepared to hand over the documents to the defence.
The teenager, who was driving a Honda Jazz, is accused of causing the deaths of Aidil Ramdan Abdullah, 15, Aswari Lotpi, 16, and Aisar Azim Abdullah, 17, by driving dangerously at a traffic light junction on Jalan Persiaran Senawang 1.

The teenager was also charged under Section 26(1) of the same law for driving without a licence, which carries a punishment of a fine of not less than RM300 but not more than RM2,000, imprisonment of up to three months, or both, upon conviction.
