Four servicemen martyred in Waziristan
Listen to article Four servicemen have been martyred fending off a terrorist attack on a security check post in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa that also left six attackers dead, the military announced on Thursday – the day five terrorists were also eliminated in two separate engagements in Balochistan. "On the night between May 28 and 29, Indian-sponsored khwarij attempted to attack a security forces check-post in general area Shawal, North Waziristan District. The attempt was effectively thwarted by own troops and in ensuing fire exchange, six Indian-sponsored Khwarij were sent to hell," the military's media wing said in a statement. However, four servicemen, including a young lieutenant, embraced martyrdom during the intense fire exchange with the attackers. Lieutenant Daniyal Ismail, 24, resident of Mardan district, a brave young officer who was leading his troops from front, fought gallantly and embraced Shahadat along with his three men, the ISPR added. The three other martyred soldiers have been identified by the ISPR as Naib Subedar Kashif Raza, 42, resident of Chakwal district; Lance Naik Fiaqat Ali, 35, resident of Haripur district; and Sepoy Muhammad Hameed, 26, resident of Abbottabad district. Meanwhile, security forces neutralised one Indian-sponsored kharji in another encounter in Chitral district. "Sanitisation operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored kharji found in the area as the security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of Indian-sponsored terrorism from the country," the ISPR said, adding that such sacrifices of our brave men further strengthen our resolve. Separately, security forces killed five India-backed terrorists in two separate intelligence-based operations in Balochistan on Wednesday, the military's media wing said on Thursday. According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), in the first operation conducted in Loralai district, four terrorists linked to the India-sponsored group Fitna al Hindustan were killed during an intense exchange of fire. The operation was launched on confirmed intelligence regarding the presence of terrorists in the area, ISPR said. The terrorists were effectively engaged by the troops, and weapons, ammunition, and explosives were recovered from their possession, it added. The statement shared that the slain individuals were actively involved in several acts of terrorism, including two major attacks on the N-70 highway near Rarasham on August 26, 2024, and February 18, 2025, which resulted in the martyrdom fo of 30 innocent civilians. Security officials said the Indian-sponsored terrorists had long been on the radar of law enforcement agencies and was being relentlessly pursued, it added. In a separate engagement in Kech district, another terrorist was killed during a brief encounter with security forces, ISPR said. The military reiterated its resolve to root out Indian-sponsored terrorism from Pakistani soil, vowing to bring all perpetrators and their facilitators to justice.

When Aditya Pancholi spoke about how he fell in love with Kangana Ranaut despite being married to Zarina Wahab; claims he gave her Rs 55 lakh to buy a house
Aditya Pancholi, known for roles in films like 'Dayavaan' and 'Bajirao Mastani,' faced controversy due to his personal life. Despite being married to Zarina Wahab, his relationship with Kangana Ranaut became a focal point. Kangana accused Pancholi of physical abuse, recounting a painful chapter that began when she was 17. Aditya Pancholi comes from a film family that owned Pancholi Arts, once the largest studio in pre-partition Lahore. He began his acting career with the TV show Shahadat in 1985 and rose to fame with Dayavaan in 1988. Over the years, he played key roles in films like Yes Boss, Hameshaa, Baaghi, Race 2, Jai Ho, and Bajirao Mastani. However, his personal life often made more headlines than his film career. A Married Man Linked With Many Actresses The actor is married to former actress Zarina Wahab , and the couple has two children — Sooraj Pancholi and Sana Pancholi. Despite being married, Aditya has often been linked to several Bollywood actresses. Among these, his relationship with Kangana Ranaut drew the most attention. The controversy escalated when Kangana accused him of physical abuse. Living Together & Financial Support When Kangana Ranaut entered the film industry, her relationship with Aditya Pancholi quickly became a hot topic. Despite being married, Aditya reportedly fell in love with Kangana, and the two even began living together. In a 2008 interview with Mumbai Mirror, Aditya claimed he gave her Rs 55 lakh in cash to help her buy a house. Aditya Recalls How It All Began Aditya also spoke about how his relationship with Kangana Ranaut began, describing it as close as that of a husband and wife. He claimed he was building a house for the two of them on Yari Road and that they lived together for three years at a friend's home. Recalling their first meeting, Aditya said he saw her on the road one rainy day when she approached him and introduced herself. He remembered that a mutual friend had once asked him to help her when she arrived in Mumbai. According to him, Kangana kept calling him until he finally agreed to meet. At the time, he said she was a sweet small-town girl, and he eventually fell in love with her. In the same interview, the actor also opened up about a troubling phase in his relationship with Kangana Ranaut. He claimed that during the shooting of Shakalaka Boom Boom, he discovered flirtatious messages sent by her to another actor. Aditya admitted that the messages upset him deeply, especially because she had used similar words with him in the past. He confessed that this led to a violent outburst — the first time he hit her. Despite the fight, he said they eventually made up afterward. Kangana's Painful Account of Abuse Kangana, meanwhile, has openly spoken about the trauma she faced during her relationship with Aditya Pancholi. She has described it as an abusive and painful chapter in her life, which began when she was just 17. Kangana once revealed that Aditya had physically assaulted her so badly that she was left bleeding, and she often tried to escape his control. She also shared that he would stalk her constantly. Hoping for support, Kangana approached Aditya's wife, Zarina Wahab, believing she might help her out of the situation. However, she was disappointed when Zarina not only refused to help but also denied that there was any romantic relationship between Kangana and Aditya. Suicide bomber targets school bus in Khuzdar
Listen to article At least five people – including three schoolchildren – were martyred and several others injured in a suicide attack targeting a school bus in Khuzdar early Wednesday morning, civil and military officials said. The suspected bomber rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into the school bus as it drove past Zero Point near Rakhshan Hotel, Deputy Commissioner Yasir Iqbal Dashti said, adding that the bus was ferrying students to the Army Public School (APS) situated within the Khuzdar cantonment. The vehicle was rigged with more than 30 kilograms of explosives, according to the Bomb Disposal Squad. The military's media wing stated that "three innocent children and two adults have embraced Shahadat" and multiple children have sustained injuries in the "cowardly and ghastly attack planned and orchestrated by the terrorist state of India and executed by its proxies in Balochistan". The ISPR added that India has unleashed its proxies to spread terror and unrest in Balochistan and Khyber-Pakhtunkhawa through such heinous and cowardly acts after miserably failing on the battlefield. Soon after the deadly attack, security forces threw a cordon around the area and launched an investigation. Security was tightened in and around Khuzdar following the bombing, with checkpoints established and patrols intensified to prevent further attacks. Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti revealed that the intelligence agencies had prior warnings of a proxy strike being plotted by hostile forces. "We could not have imagined such brutality, where innocent schoolchildren would be targeted," he told the media at a hurriedly called presser. "This is the true face of our enemies." Indian proxies are behind this atrocity, the chief minister said, adding that Afghanistan's territory was being used as a launch pad for such attacks aimed at destabilising Balochistan. Balochistan has been in the grip of a deadly separatist insurgency since the killing of Baloch chieftain Nawab Akbar Bugti in a security operation in 2006. The groups involved in the insurgency are being supported, trained, and bankrolled by the India spy agency RAW. "Having failed in the Operation Bunnianum Marsoos and being hunted by military and law enforcement agencies, these Indian terror proxies are being employed as a state tool by India to foment terrorism in Pakistan against soft targets such as innocent children and civilians," added the ISPR. "Use of terrorism as a state policy by Indian political government is abhorrent and reflective of their low morality and disregard for basic human norms," it added. The military further added that planners, abettors and executors of this cowardly Indian-sponsored attack will be hunted down and brought to justice and the heinous face of India will be exposed in front of the entire world. "Pakistan Armed Forces with support of brave Pakistani nation stand united to uproot Indian-sponsored terrorism from Pakistan in its all manifestations." Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir rushed to Quetta on an emergency visit where they received a briefing on the Khuzdar attack, the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement. The premier condemned the terrorist attack and expressed deep sorrow over the deaths of innocent children and their teachers. He extended his condolences to the bereaved families and directed authorities to identify and hold those responsible accountable. President Asif Zardari also denounced the attack as a human rights violation and extended condolences to the bereaved families. The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) said that "the deliberate targeting of schoolchildren - innocent noncombatants in every sense - is a red line that must never be crossed. This act violates the most basic tenets of humanity and international humanitarian law," it said in a statement. "The state has an obligation to uphold law and order by strengthening civilian institutions and the rule of law - not through indiscriminate kinetic responses," it added while calling for the immediate identification and prosecution of the perpetrators and their enablers through lawful means. The HRCP also stressed the urgent need for a meaningful political dialogue to address the deep-rooted problems of representation, governance, and resource distribution in Balochistan. Condemnations also poured in from different countries. The United States denounced the murder of innocent children "beyond comprehension." In a statement shared on microblogging site X (formerly Twitter), the US Embassy in Islamabad expressed deep sorrow over the attack and extended solidarity with the victims and their families. "No child should ever fear going to school," US Chargé d'Affaires Natalie Baker was reported as saying in the statement. "We stand with those in Pakistan working to end this violence." Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong also offered "deepest condolences" to the victims' families and sincere sympathy to the injured. "We strongly condemn this terrorist attack, express our deepest condolences to the deceased and sincere sympathy to the injured and the bereaved families," the envoy said at a ceremony marking the 74th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan. "China opposes all forms of terrorism and will continue to firmly support Pakistan in advancing counter-terrorism operations, maintaining social stability, and protecting the safety of the people." Officials say that India has been frustrated after its defeats on the military and diplomatic fronts during the recent confrontation with Pakistan – and now it has activated its proxy terrorists to unleash chaos in the country. India considers itself the regional hegemon, but DG ISPR Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said in a TV interview earlier this week that: "Pakistan will never bow down to Indian hegemony ... the sooner they [India] realise this, the better it will be for regional and global peace." 10 terrorists killed, captain martyred in IBO
Security forces killed 10 terrorists in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Dera Ismail Khan district, while an army officer embraced martyrdom while leading troops from the front, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Thursday. "On March 20, security forces conducted an intelligence based operation in Dera Ismail Khan district on the reported presence of Khwarij," the ISPR said in a press release, while referring to the terrorists belonging to the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). "During the conduct of operation, own troops, after stealthily surrounding the khwarij location, effectively engaged them and resultantly all ten khwarij were sent to hell," the ISPR, the media wing of the military, stated. "However, during the intense fire exchange, Captain Hasnain Akhtar (age: 24 years, resident of Jhelum district), who was leading his troops from the front, having fought gallantly, paid the ultimate sacrifice and embraced Shahadat," it added. The ISPR said that Shaheed Captain Husnain was a brave officer, renowned for his courage and bold and daring actions during previous operations. "During the operation, weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed khwarij, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against the Law Enforcement Agencies as well as target killing of innocent civilians," the press release said. A sanitisation operation was being conducted to eliminate any other terrorist found in the area, the ISPR said, adding that the security forces of Pakistan were determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country and "such sacrifices of our brave young officers further strengthen our resolve".

Afghan Writer Criticizes Trump's Gaza Plan: U.S. 'Is The Only Power On The World Stage And A Crazy Businessman Issues Nazi-Like Orders'
In a recent Pashtu-language article, Afghan writer Mohammad Hashim Shaheen criticized U.S. President Donald Trump's proposal for the United States to take ownership of Gaza, but added that Hamas's October 7, 2023 attack in Israel introduced a fundamental change in the Middle East in which great powers have become irrelevant. [1] The article, titled "Can America/Trump Really Expel Residents From Gaza?" was published by Shahadat, a media outlet belonging to Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, the former mujahideen commander and chief of Hizb-e-Islami Afghanistan. "I believe that Hamas's resistance, steadfastness, and the unparalleled sacrifices of the people of Gaza have changed the game and independence [movement]. The U.S., Israel, and the Arab countries have now become largely irrelevant players in the Palestinian issue," wrote Shaheen. He added: "Israel has no alternative but to retreat. It may not even be possible for Israel to return to the 1967 borders, that is, to a two-state solution, in the next decade or two. Allah willing!" An illustration accompanying the article. Following are excerpts from the article, as translated from Pashtu: "No Doubt, One Of The Miraculous Aspects Of October 7 [Hamas Attack In Israel] Is That I Think It Emboldened The Arab Rulers To Some Extent; The Dictators Of Egypt And Jordan Also Clearly Reject Trump's Proposal" "Can America/Trump Really Expel Residents From Gaza? "Over the past few days, there has been a lot of media coverage of [U.S. President Donald] Trump's remarks about the residents of Gaza. Trump's character is that of a funny dictator; his interesting personality is that sometimes he jokes on stage and his level of sensitivity is at a record low; sometimes he shows himself to be so [in]sensitive that all he has to say is: 'I am your Lord, the Most High.' In fact, in some cases he has spoken equivalent to this sentence... "The question is: Can he really make the people of Gaza immigrate to other countries? Will this emigration be permanent or temporary? Of course, this conspiracy can be permanent, not temporary. What will be the role of the United Nations during this period? How much validity will his proposals have? These and dozens of other similar questions require detailed answers... I will try to make a brief comment on them. "First of all, I will say that nothing is far from such superpowers; they do not know spiritual values, nor anything called the shame of history. They only mention historical humiliations and defeats so that this shameful substance does not end with the peoples or rulers of Third World-grade countries and do not [counter-]interact with them similarly. Otherwise, their shameful defeats in Vietnam, Mali, Cuba, Iraq, and Afghanistan and their atrocities in places like Japan are not hidden from anyone. "No doubt, one of the miraculous aspects of the October 7 [Hamas attack in Israel] is that I think it emboldened the Arab rulers to some extent. The dictators of Egypt and Jordan also clearly reject Trump's proposal; this can be considered an interesting change... As for whether they can do this, we will say, in response, if the Israel moved a span beyond the 1967 borders, it was an act executed at the behest and will of the United States. The first and second Nakba were carried out by the Zionists with support of the same people [Americans]; they pave every way for them; there is no question of sanctions against [Israel], nor is there any suspension of aid. "One president says to stop giving them heavy bombs and the next president lifts the same sanctions [2] on the first day [in office]... This is what the whole world is observing; but what will the people without media and dumb people say about it? The leaders of the Islamic world are their own [the West's] brothers. "They (Britain and the U.S.) acted similarly during the League of Nations. Later, when that organization was replaced by the United Nations, they trampled on all the proposals of this new organization and even took actions through this organization that are still a black mark on its face today. Today Trump says that the U.S. is leaving this organization; yesterday he repeated that he will soon part ways with the UNHCR; he also expressed his intention to cut off USAID's aid. "In fact, the U.S. no longer feels the need for veto power or even the need for these powerless organizations themselves. It is the only power on the world stage and a crazy businessman issues Nazi-like orders in the name of the president... Why would they give millions, or billions of dollars in aid to the international community; they have already gotten the entire world to surrender with the help of their corrupt officials and traitorous generals. Anything can be expected from those whose history is based on oppression." "Trump Tried To Convince The Extremist Jews With His Warnings... That It Is Possible To Achieve Their Goals Without War; This Could Be One Of The Motivations Behind The [Proposed] Expulsion Of The Residents Of Gaza" "I would like to briefly mention a comment from a brother that I liked; the two comments may not be related, of course, these are assumptions and speculations, so each one should be heard: "Trump knows that Gaza has been fighting for 15 months; it has been bombed with gunpowder equal to three of the atomic bombs that were dropped on Hiroshima, and they have lost more than 70,000 people, and they still have not surrendered. While American ground forces have been fighting side by side with them (11 million Israelis [sic] are also American citizens). Of course, the Americans were openly involved in organizing the airstrikes and surveillance and reconnaissance; therefore, they cannot be wrong in assessing these facts. It was an amazing war... "The question then is why is Trump making such unacceptable decisions, while even Trump's closest allies, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Jordan, are clearly rejecting this decision? As far as I understand, Trump has two goals in this: "The first goal is to protect the policy of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu (known as Bibi). To understand this, one must examine Israel's domestic politics. Netanyahu's Likud party has only 32 seats in the 120-member Israeli parliament (Knesset); his government is supported by four other small extremist parties; National Security Minister Ben-Gvir resigned immediately after the draft ceasefire agreement was implemented in the cabinet. Six members of his party 'Otzma Yehudit' also left the government (Netanyahu's party's majority in parliament was reduced from 68 to 62), as did Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who has seven senators. His political party 'National Religious Party-Religious Zionism' warned the prime minister that if the war does not resume immediately after the first phase of the ceasefire, they will also leave the union. "If that happens, Netanyahu's government will collapse. That's why he traveled to Washington before the second phase of the ceasefire negotiations; and that's why Trump tried to convince the extremist Jews with his warnings – that is, he made them understand that it is possible to achieve their goals without war; this could be one of the motivations behind the [proposed] expulsion of the residents of Gaza. A screenshot of the article "The second purpose of Trump's warnings could be that he wants to create a favorable atmosphere for the Abraham Accords-II, which he has already initiated. Since the Gaza war after October 7, the prestige of Arab dictators has been greatly damaged, and they are now in no position to normalize relations with Israel. Therefore, the refusal of these dictators to accept such decisions could gain them support in their own nations. "Then, while normalizing Israeli-Arab relations, they can give their nations the lollipop that it is not a loss to engage with Israel in order to prevent the U.S. from occupying Gaza permanently and to thwart the process of expelling all Palestinians. (See the official statements issued by the Emirates, Morocco, and Bahrain when they recognized Israel!) "But I believe that Hamas's resistance, steadfastness, and the unparalleled sacrifices of the people of Gaza have changed the game and independence [movement]. The U.S., Israel, and the Arab countries have now become largely irrelevant players in the Palestinian issue. Israel has no alternative but to retreat. It may not even be possible for Israel to return to the 1967 borders, that is, to a two-state solution, in the next decade or two. Allah willing." [1] (Afghanistan), February 6, 2025. [2] In late January 2025, President Trump lifted the hold that President Biden had placed on the supply to Israel of 2,000-pound bombs. January 25, 2025.
