Shalfa signs SAR 75M credit facilities with SAIB

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. signed on March 16 a Shariah-compliant credit facilities agreement worth SAR 75 million with The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB). The financing period will end on Feb. 28, 2026, and will be covered by a promissory note, the company said in a statement on Tadawul. The facility aims to issue initial guarantees, performance guarantees, advance payment guarantees, financing for project progress claims, site preparations, and documentary credit letters.

Shalfa signs SAR 162 contract with Presidency of State Security

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. signed on Feb. 24 a 60-month contract with the Presidency of State Security worth SAR 162 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. The contract entails providing operation, maintenance and cleaning works for the administrative buildings belonging to this directorate in Riyadh. A positive financial is expected to reflect starting from H1 2025, the company noted, pointing out that there are no related parties to the deal. Last December, Shalfa was awarded a contract by the Presidency of State Security providing operation, maintenance and cleaning works for the administrative buildings belonging to this directorate in Riyadh, Argaam data showed.

Shalfa wins SAR 40.7M project with Modon

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. was awarded, on Feb. 18, a project with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon) at a total value of SAR 40.7 million (tax inclusive). In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract covers the operation and maintenance of buildings and city assets in the First District of the Central Sector for 36 months. No related parties are included in the deal, the statement added.
