The workouts include: Walking Lunges: Lunges are a challenging exercise on their own, and performing them on a treadmill will push your limits. Doing this exercise will not only help burn calories but also improve lower body strength, enhance balance and stability and boost overall lower body endurance. Farmers Carry: This effective exercise helps burn calories, strengthen your muscles, and improve cardiovascular health. But for newcomers, it is advised to start slow. Overhead Carry with Light Dumbbells: It is a functional strength exercise where you have to hold weights overhead while on a treadmill. Performing this exercise strengthens your shoulders and core while also helping you burn those extra calories when combined with other exercises. Reverse Squat Walk: For those who find regular squats a challenge, the reverse squat walk on a treadmill will make you feel an intense burn in a minute. Incorporating this exercise in your routine will strengthen quads, glutes, and hamstrings. It also enhances balance and coordination, along with helping you burn more calories. Running: This exercise will help you improve heart health, boost energy, and keep your weight in check.
