These are the five 2025 SUVs the middle class should consider buying. Also see SUVs the middle class cannot afford. Average starting MSRP: $28,705 The Tucson is an all-around performer, in Miller's estimation, combining a roomy interior with top of the line fuel efficiency, and safety systems that are upgraded to the max. 'Its hybrid option delivers impressive mileage, reducing fuel costs — a crucial factor for budget-conscious families,' Miller said. Check Out: Explore More: Average starting MSRP: $31,990 If you are in search of a spacious SUV that will fit the whole family with three-row seating, then look no further than the Kia Sorento. Being a hybrid variant, Miller highlighted that the Sorento saves on gas while still providing ample power. 'Kia's industry-leading warranty ensures long-term value, keeping repair expenses manageable,' Miller said. This means that what a middle-class family might see as a big expense up front will pay off down the road with fewer trips to the mechanic. 'Toyota offers in-house finance options, which makes it accessible to more people.' Local teacher searches for history; Can he use your yard?

(WKBN) — A Grove City teacher is going to have a busy summer. He's looking for visual elements to use in class. He finds them in the strangest places, but all of them are unearthed. Shawn Miller is on the hunt. He loves when the electromagnetic sounds signal an item underground. Then he goes to work and digs it out. 'So artifacts, coins, relics of any kind, that old buttons, anything that tells a story of our past,' Miller said. Thursday, Miller was digging on a Hermitage area property that had a coal mine store and may have been near a coal mine. He found two items: an old oil lantern top and a coin that was stamped P.I.W. Company. 'If a kid can hold something in their hand, the possibly somebody else held, it gets their imagination going. It gets my imagination going,' he said. Miller is a 5th and 6th grade science and social studies teacher. He seeks the items to use in class and tell the story of history, such as Civil War buttons 'To be able to bring artifacts into the classroom, you know what I mean, and show kids this was under your feet,' he said. The metal detector can find items up to ten inches underground. He's looking for property owners with ties from the 1700's to the early 1900's, so he can search and find the next batch of history. 'Where people were is where I want to be,' Miller said. Most of his finds are junk, trash, or just a modern-day find. Miller says when he digs, it's actually plugging. He recovers the target and puts the plug back. It's not destructive to the property. Miller has never found a gold coin, but what he's looking for most is history. 'So you just never know. You just gotta, you know, keep looking and be persistent,' he said. Miller talks with property owners before he starts searching about what happens with items he finds.
