West Carrollton Sheetz opens June 3; offering freebies
DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Sheetz, a convenience store chain, is opening its 10th area location in West Carrollton on Wednesday, June 3.
The company's brand new location, located at 2100 South Alex Road, will open at 8 a.m. on June 3.
Customers can score free self-serve coffee and soda on opening day, according to the company.
Individuals who bring in a non-perishable food item to donate on June 4 could receive a Sheetz-branded thermal bag from 9 to 11 a.m. All donated items will be sent to The Foodbank.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at the store June 4 at 10:45 a.m.
Both The Foodbank and Special Olympics of Ohio will each receive $2,500 in the form of a donation from Sheetz.
A grand prize of Sheetz for a Year will be awarded to someone in the form of a Sheetz gift card totaling $2,500.
