Leadership programme concludes, health innovation exhibition launched in Al Dakhiliyah
Nizwa: The Directorate General of Health Services in A'Dakhiliyah Governorate on Monday concluded the third edition of its "Leadership Development" programme, alongside the inauguration of the "First Al Dakhiliyah Health Innovation Exhibition" at Nizwa Hospital's conference hall. The event was held under the patronage of Sheikh Hilal Said Al Hajri, Governor of A'Dakhiliyah, and attended by several officials and healthcare professionals from the governorate. The programme was implemented as part of efforts to enhance the administrative and leadership capabilities of healthcare personnel, equipping them to assume supervisory roles with high efficiency. It also aimed to instill concepts of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, contributing to the development of the healthcare work environment. The ceremony featured presentations of innovative health projects and a tour of the accompanying exhibition. The exhibition showcased several qualitative initiatives and developmental ideas aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of healthcare services.

Customer service forum explores means to enhance beneficiary satisfaction
Nizwa: The Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah on Tuesday hosted the 'Customer Service Employees Forum" to enhance the efficiency of personnel working in customer service and improving satisfaction levels among beneficiaries of government services. The forum was inaugurated by Sheikh Hilal Said Al Hajri, Governor of Al Dakhiliyah. It was attended by representatives from various government entities and local departments in the governorate, and featured multiple working papers and interactive presentations highlighting best practices in customer service and tools for institutional performance improvement. The first day of the forum included four working papers presented by several government institutions. These covered the national platform for suggestions, complaints, and reports (Tajawob), mechanisms for handling beneficiary requests, and a paper on raising customer satisfaction indicators, which emphasized ethics in service delivery and the analysis of statistical metrics. Additionally, a success story in customer service was showcased, along with efforts to achieve the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.

Al Dakhiliyah Municipal Council reviews multiple development projects, proposals
Nizwa: The Municipal Council of Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, chaired by Sheikh Hilal Said Al Hajri, Governor of Al Dakhiliyah and Chairman of the Municipal Council, reviewed during its meeting on Tuesday the Ministry of Health's plans for the governorate for 2025/2026, along with several other topics of relevance. The meeting addressed the sewage project in the Heritage Area of the Wilayat of Nizwa, submitted requests regarding housing schemes across various wilayats of the governorate, and the establishment of new public parks. Discussions also covered the outcomes of the Council's Health and Environmental Affairs Committee. At the conclusion of the meeting, the minutes of the standing committees' meetings were reviewed to take appropriate actions.
