SPCA's Furry Fitness Bootcamp returns for second year
THE invigorating health-first Furry Fitness Bootcamp by Amanzimtoti SPCA is back for a highly-anticipated second iteration, bringing back all the kicking, punching and pilates the community has been waiting a year for.

The event offers a morning of fitness for the community in support of a worthy cause. It will take place on June 16 at Rhythmic Dance Studio at 3 Sanders Road, Winklespruit from 09:00 until 12:00.
Amanzimtoti SPCA's Michelle Hannan said, 'We are so excited about our upcoming bootcamp. With less than a month until we get our groove on again, we are currently seeking sponsorship for prizes and items for our goodie bags. It is an exciting event to those who enjoy a fitness challenge while at the same time raising funds for a worthy cause.'
The instructors set to make the morning spectacular include Shapes' Sheri-Ann Nagiah and Mel Rossler, Rhythmic Dance Studio's Minette Landman and Natalie Pearson, and Zenelle Wentzel from Infinity Gym.
