Burleson County Mourning Death of Sheriff
Burleson County, TX (FOX 44) – The Burleson County Sheriff's Office announced the death of Sheriff Gene Hermes who passed away from Cancer.
Sheriff Hermes became Burleson County Sheriff in March 2020 but had worked with the Burleson County Sheriff's Office for many years beforehand.
The Sheriff's Office is asking the public to 'please keep Sheriff Hermes' family, the men and women of the Burleson County Sheriff's Office, and Burleson County in your prayers.'
Arrangements to honor Sheriff Hermes are pending at this time.
