Dayton Air Show planning for new excitement in 2025
DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The Dayton Air Show will return this summer for its 51st year, with several updates in the works.
With just 129 days to go until the big event returns to the Miami Valley, Dayton Air Show is already preparing for new changes mixing with the classic attractions.

Shiela Wallace, media relations coordinator for the Dayton Air Show, stopped by on Tuesday to talk about the exciting updates in store for this summer.
The Dayton Air Show returns on June 21-22, with new announcers Ric Peterson and Matt Jolley. The newcomers will fill the shoes of long-time announcer Rob Reider, who retired after the 50th anniversary show last year.
The show will also feature exciting new attractions, like the Goodyear Blimp.
Attendees should also keep in mind security upgrades that will make the weekend safer for everyone.
