According to the FIR, the judge said he couldn't see the number plate of the vehicle. The Delhi Police said they are probing the matter, and analysing CCTV footage from the vicinity of the spot where the judge was threatened. Recently, a retired government school teacher and his lawyer threatened and hurled abuses at a woman judge inside a courtroom in Delhi after he was convicted in a six-year-old cheque bounce case.
