Shop Small Weekend to kickoff Friday in City Market
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Friday marks the kickoff of Shop Small Weened in City Market. The Downtown Business Association, Chamber of Commerce and other local organizations have partnered to encourage the community to support small businesses.
This initiative is a way to wrap up Small Business with a strong push to help local entrepreneurs. City Market is a hub for Savannah's local merchants.
Kimberly Phillips, the managing director for Savannah City Market, said, 'We are proud to be the launching point for this important weekend throughout Savannah.'
