Shrikant Jichkar was born on September 14, 1954, in a Marathi family. He was recognized as the most educated person in Indian history. He is considered to be the most qualified person in India. Shrikant Jichkar's remarkable academic journey started with MBBS and MD degrees from Nagpur. Between 1973 and 1990, he accomplished an extraordinary feat, earning 20 university degrees across a wide range of disciplines, including medicine, law, journalism, business management, and Sanskrit literature. A true intellectual and scholar, he sat for 42 university examinations during this period, securing numerous gold medals for his outstanding academic excellence. Not many are aware that Shrikant Jichkar was India's youngest Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA). After securing his MBBS and MD degrees from Nagpur, he went on to attain multiple qualifications across a wide array of fields, including public administration, sociology, economics, Sanskrit, history, English literature, philosophy, political science, and ancient Indian history, culture, and archaeology. Member of Parliament(Rajya Sabha) In 1980, Shrikant Jichkar made a bold career move by resigning from the Indian Police Service (IPS) and clearing the UPSC examination once again, this time earning a place in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). Shortly after his appointment, he transitioned into politics, winning an election to become a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA). His political career advanced rapidly, and he eventually served as a minister, handling 14 different portfolios. Jichkar served as the position of State Minister in the Maharashtra government. In addition, he even served as a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly between 198o to 1985. He served as a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Council from 1986 to 1992, where he was designated as Minister of State. Shrikant Jichkar served as a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha from 1992 to 1998. That same year, he founded the Sàndipani School in Nagpur, reflecting his deep commitment to education. Tragically, on June 2, 2004, he passed away at the age of 49 after a car accident near Kondhali, about 50 kilometers from Nagpur.
