Best trails in Georgia: USA Today names this spot best for walkers, hikers and cyclists
USA Today has released its Readers' Choice Awards 2025 results for the 10 best recreational trails in the U.S., and one in Georgia made it into the top ten.
This trail in Georgia, ranked No. 9 in the entire U.S., is is paved and non-motorized, suitable for walkers, hikers, and bicyclists.
According to USA Today, the best trail in the Peach State is the Silver Comet Trail, a 61.5-mile long trail running from Smyrna to the Georgia/Alabama state line near Cedartown.
