Celebrity sangoma, Gogo Manzini funeral details have been released
Tributes continue to pour in for beloved celebrity sangoma and transgender activist Gogo Manzini, whose real name was Tyra Sindane.
Manzini passed away last Thursday afternoon following a short illness, according to a statement released by her family.

The Sindane family had asked to be given privacy and promised that details surrounding her memorial and funeral service for those who'd like to attend would be communicated in due course.
Today they have confirmed her funeral details on Gogo Manzini's official Instagram account. On Saturday, June 14, traditional healers (sangomas) are to hold a ceremony of the spiritual guides (umgidi wezangoma) all night in honour of the late Gogo Manzini according to the post. And on Sunday, June 15, is her funeral service that will be held in Benoni, Gauteng province from 8 AM until 10 AM, and Gogo Manzini will be laid to rest at Secunda Cemetery.
'Dress code for Sunday is strictly all white,' the caption to the post reads.
