Sioux City Municipal Band ready to kick off their concert season on June 1st
SIOUX CITY, Ia (KCAU) – It's almost summer, so that means it's time for the Sioux City Municipal Band to start their weekly concerts at Grand View Park.
the Summer concerts kick-off next Sunday night, June 1st at 7:30.
The first concert will be led by conductor Michael Prichard and feature 'Looney Tunes Overture', 'Peer Gynt Suite', 'Music of Disneyland' and John Phillip Sousa's 'Guide Right.'
There will also be the traditional audience sing-along led by host Dave Madsen.
The summer concerts are presented by the Sioux City Parks and Recreation Department and will continue through July 20th.
