A fourth suspect remains at large following a police search that temporarily placed a nearby high school on lockdown. What we know Around 3:30 p.m., Skokie police responded to reports of a stolen blue 2019 Kia sedan in the 4900 block of Old Orchard Center. When officers arrived, they found the vehicle and saw four people flee on foot. Three of the suspects were apprehended, one of whom was reportedly carrying two firearms. The fourth suspect managed to escape. As a precaution, Niles North High School was placed on a soft lockdown while officers, assisted by neighboring police agencies and a K-9 unit, searched the area.
