Roughly 610 acres named King Tract is listed for $1.83 million in the Curry community. The acreage is near Steele Road, Bird Farm Road and Fred Farley Road and is minutes away from Smith Lake. "It is a proven coal reserve with on-site remediation," the listing agent reported. "Per the seller, these is an estimated 1.2 million tons of industrial black creek coal underground here that you control the surface rights to.
