Mandy's Gourmet Salads to open first Ottawa location

Mandy's Gourmet Salads, a popular Montreal-born salad bar, is set to open its first Ottawa location this June on Bank Street as part of the restaurant chain's expansion outside of its home city.

Founded in 2004 by sisters Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe, Mandy's began as a small salad counter in the back of a women's clothing store.

The upcoming Ottawa location will offer a menu featuring signature salads like the 'Wolfe Bowl' and 'Smoked Meat Salad,' as well as grain bowls, smoothies, and seasonal specials. The restaurant's interiors are filled with tropical-themed artwork and pink-hued seating.
