Fisher-Price Recalls 2 Baby Toys Due to Choking Hazard

On April 10, 2025, popular toy brand Fisher-Price issued recalls of their tissue box toy sold with the 3-in-1 SnugaPuppy Activity Center as well as the Brunch & Go Stroller Toy. The recalls were made in response to reported incidents of toy pieces coming apart and being found in infants' mouths–though no injuries have been reported.
Here are the details.
This recall involves the tissue box toy sold with the 3-in-1 SnuggaPuppy unit, not the entire unit itself. According to Fisher-Price, the detachable tissue box toy can come apart, exposing the small support brackets and posing a choking hazard to young children.
There has been one reported incident of the tissue box toy coming apart and an infant placing the small support bracket in their mouth.
The activity center's model number (HLV78) is located on the underside of the table, near the Fisher-Price logo.
The recalled tissue box toy is white with red decorations and has 'tissues' made of a sensory cloth with a black and white wiggly striped pattern on one side, and a yellow/green with raised spots pattern on the other.
Fisher-Price says the average price for the unit was $130. About 15,300 units have been sold in the U.S. through Walmart stores as well as and other websites from November 2022 through February 2025. In addition, to about 2,000 units have been sold in Canada.
Fisher-Price recommends consumers immediately stop using the recalled tissue box toy, remove it from the activity center, keep it away from children, and contact Fisher-Price to receive a free replacement toy for the activity center.
The company says consumers will be asked to mark the tissue box toy permanently with the word 'Recall' and the unique identifier. Then, they are to mark 'X' on the sensory cloth tissues, and upload a photo of the marked toy at
All known purchasers will be contacted directly by Fisher-Price. After consumers receive their replacement confirmation email, they should dispose of the recalled product in the trash.

According to Fisher-Price, the yolk of the toy egg can crack and create small parts, posing a choking hazard to young children. There have been five reported incidents of of the yolk of the toy egg cracking and breaking. In two reports, an infant had a small piece in their mouth.
The recalled Brunch & Go Stroller Toy features a pretend piece of avocado toast and three attachments: a mirror tomato, a crinkle bacon, and an egg teether.
The recalled toy's model number (HGB85) is located on the tag attached to the toast.
Fisher-Price says the average price for the stroller toy was $13. About 253,000 have been sold in the U.S. through Hobby Lobby, Kohl's, Macy's, Marshalls, Nordstrom, Ross, TJMaxx, and Walmart stores as well as from February 2022 through March 2025. In addition, about 4,500 were sold in Canada.
