Midland Police responded to a road rage incident at the Comet Cleaners around 3:20 p.m. on March 6. "While en route, the call was upgraded to 'shots fired' behind Soft Suds," MPD reported in a news release. "Officers arrived and detained several individuals involved. Two were arrested for attempted tampering with physical evidence. The investigation revealed two shooters, who remain unidentified and at large. One firearm was recovered at the scene." Ryan Allen and Stephon Freeman were arrested after the incident. Vehicle descriptions included a "multi-colored" Ford Explorer and White Toyota Camry. The investigation continues.
