The media mogul wants to show a candid side to her life that her fans have never seen before.
However, events on her show become dangerous when the star is dramatically thrown off her horse, called Oscar.
She was involved in an absolutely terrifying accident during a horse-riding lesson at Somerford Park in Congleton, Cheshire.
Her animal becomes completely spooked by a paparazzi photographer.
She tries to get her stallion to slow down, but he refuses to listen to her.
As she is still in the saddle, he becomes even more spooked and starts to run.
Molly-Mae is then suddenly thrown off the fierce animal and in a terrifying moment, she hits her head on a post.
Her concerned aids and other people present then start to run toward her.

On the show, Molly opens up on her accident as she admitted: "I'm just happy to be alive.
"Because when I went down, all I saw was black. I thought: hospital job.
She added: "And Tommy's gonna say I told you so, because he always says to me just be careful on those animals.
"My ass cheek's not okay, though, oh god, it's so sore. It's gonna be black."

Molly-Mae was also heard discussing having a second baby on her vlog, in yet another potential sign they are giving their romance another go.
Back in February, we reported on the accident when a source told us that Molly was thankfully not hurt, but it was frightening to witness.
Our insider explained: "Luckily, Molly-Mae wasn't hurt but there was an intake of breath from crew as she blurted out a reference to taking back Tommy.
"She was saying if she can get over the heartache she's faced, then literally getting back on the horse won't be a problem."
Keen rider Molly-Mae and boxer Tommy, 25, spent their first date horse-riding after they met on the hit ITV2 dating show in 2019.
